Protein Goodness!

Most of what you know about the protein is completely wrong. And 15 years, maybe I will find out about in most of the protein. But I will not hold false beliefs rejected a long time ago.

Those of you still are false beliefs held on the protein to the net, and updated!

In fact the word protein comes from a Greek root meaning of prime importance. The Greeks knew it back then, and now you know.
